This
is a Permanent Full-Time appointment at 76 hours per
fortnight.
What is our Director
Transformation Health role?
This
is a unique role which provides leadership, direction and oversight
of change programs that shape our health services and respond to
growing and evolving community needs. This position is responsible
for implementation and monitoring of the NMHS Transformation Plan
which was developed to achieve the strategic objectives outlined in
our Strategic Plan 2024 – 2027. It also drives the implementation
of priority large-scale transformation programs by applying
advanced problem-solving skills to identify risks, manage issues
proactively, and implement effective, timely solution.
The
position leads a growing team, engages with and influences senior
stakeholders, and develops strategic partnerships to ensure
integration across the broader NMHS transformation
program.
The
Director Transformation represents the transformation program at
key forums and provides high-level advice to the Executive
Director, North Executive Team, NMHS Board and other senior
leaders.

Eligibility to Apply: To
