Position
Profile: Provides support to the Child and Family Liaison
Service for the consumer feedback process. Provides comprehensive
administrative support relating to data entry, document management,
tracking of consumer feedback and preparation of reports. Liaises
directly with consumers and staff, and assists in coordinating the
investigation and resolution of complaints from consumers with
support and supervision of senior team members.
The Child and
Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the

Australia, as the State’s only dedicated health service for
infants, children and young people. CAHS is made up four service
areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental
Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH).

PCH and King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH), as well as across a
network of more than 160 community clinics across the metropolitan

Eligibility to
