We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 1, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
We are seeking self-motivated applicants who ideally can use their initiative and work independently as well as work collaboratively within a team. We are a busy Independent Public School, therefore good interpersonal skills, willingness to be flexible and adapt to other roles within the school would be highly desirable.
Suitable applicants should have relevant experience and capacity to undertake a wide range of a support services to a high standard. They will ideally have a good understanding of relevant systems within a busy secondary school business context. Suitable applicants will ideally be adaptable and ready to take on challenges and learn new skills. They should also have sound organisational skills, possess the ability to keep to timelines in their day to day working environment and be a supportive, capable team member. Attention to detail and working within the Department of Educations’ procedures and processes is highly desirable. The suitable applicants should have exceptional communication skills to liaise successfully with all stakeholders of the College.
You will ideally be an experienced School Officer and have a friendly and positive attitude and possess the qualities to promote excellence within our school and to interact with parents and the wider community.
Experience and an excellent working knowledge of Schools Information System (Administration, Enrolments, Timetabling, Absentees), Compass, school accounting systems such as Resource Management (RM) Finance and RM Billing would be highly desirable. Specific experience and expertise in Relief staff Teaching / Non-Teaching processes, Finance, recruitment, leave management and Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) would be highly valued.

- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
