About the role

The Fleet Management Coordinator oversees the College’s vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance with government policies while managing vehicle maintenance, registration, usage, and lifecycle activities such as repair and replacement. The role includes monitoring costs and utilisation, providing reporting and budget advice, and supporting procurement and contract management processes. It also involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate records for audit and compliance purposes, managing safety and insurance matters, and providing administrative support across the Facilities directorate.

You will have free parking at the Leederville campus, and there is an option to accrue an additional two weeks leave each year on top of your standard four weeks annual leave.

Criteria 5 - Possession of a current Western Australian “C” Class Drivers Licence.
