About the
Opportunity
If you are an AHPRA registered
Enrolled Nurse, we would love to hear from you.
Experience of working in an
Acute Hospital Setting is preferred but if you don’t have any
hospital experience and can demonstrate a commitment to learning
and developing your skills, we can offer a comprehensive
orientation programme to get you up to speed. This may include
up-skilling, mentoring, education, clinical time where you are
extra to the staffing profile, as well as on the job training
including care of complex Medical, Surgical and Mental Health
patients.
You will then have the
opportunity to work with a supportive team across Surgical and
Medical Wards with high-performing teams that are committed to
providing safe and high-quality patient- centred care.
Preferred start date is 10
August 2026, however, this can be flexible and negotiated with the
Nurse Unit Managers (NUMs). Candidates with prior experience may be
exempt from attending the induction program scheduled for 10 August
2026 and are expected to work a minimum of 2 days per
week.

John of God Mt Lawley Hospital. This acquisition will bring up to
100 additional public beds and eight operating theatres into the
