As a People and Culture Consultant, you will be at the heart of our HR operations, collaborating with the P&C Business Partner to craft tailored, people-centric solutions for your assigned portfolio. You’ll coach and support managers on everything from employee performance to conflict resolution, ensuring a harmonious workplace. Dive into workforce data to spot trends and drive strategic decisions, while leading dynamic change management initiatives. Your role will also involve spearheading business improvement projects, building strong stakeholder relationships, and empowering hiring managers to excel in their people management duties. All this while fostering collaborative, innovative and values-driven culture!

There is currently one (1) Permanent People and Culture – Level 6 position available for immediate filling.

About the Roles

As a People and Culture Consultant – Level 5 you will:

  • Provide coaching and advice to managers on performance, behaviour, grievances and workplace matters.
  • Support change management activities, coordinating implementation from planning through to delivery.
  • Analyse workforce data and identify emerging trends to inform decision‑making and strategic workforce planning.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships through effective consultancy, engagement and collaboration across the Portfolio and P&C.
  • Contribute to People Plans and business improvement initiatives in partnership with Centres of Excellence and P&C colleagues.

As a People and Culture Consultant – Level 6 you will:

  • Provide expert HR coaching and advice to managers across performance, behaviour, grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Lead People Plan activities and deliver people initiatives in collaboration with Centres of Excellence.
  • Coordinate the analysis of workforce data and provide strategic insights to inform Portfolio decision‑making and workforce planning.
  • Support and coordinate organisational change processes including consultation, documentation, facilitation and implementation.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively across P&C to deliver Portfolio outcomes.

These positions are primarily based in the Perth CBD; however, travel to other DTMI locations, including Innaloo, is an expectation of the role.
