This
is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full Time and Fixed Term Part
Time appointments for 6-12 months with the possibility of
extension(s).
Suitable
applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be
made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from
this pool until 30/10/2026.
Position Profile:
The Fellow Cardiology
Echocardiography (ECHO) is required to participate in non-invasive
cardiac imaging with direct procedural involvement in transthoracic
echocardiography, transoesophageal echocardiography and stress
echocardiography under the guidance of FSH Cardiologists. The
successful fellow may be required to do weekend CCU/ General
cardiology duties as part of a roster. The successful Fellow
may also be able participate in Cardiac CT, Cardiac MR and
Nuclear Cardiology programs at FSH.
Area Profile:
Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is a 783-bed tertiary
hospital offering a range of health services including the State
Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre,
purpose-built mental health unit, maternity, paediatric and
neonatal services, and the State Adult Burns Service. FSH also
delivers specialised services such as heart and lung
transplantations and hyperbaric medicine.
Fremantle Hospital (FH) is a 300-bed specialist hospital
focused on providing high-quality aged care, mental health,
secondary rehabilitation, planned surgeries and medical
services.
