About the Role
Are you passionate about workforce development and ready to take the next step in your career? The PTA is looking for a motivated individual to join our dedicated Workforce Development team as a Development Program Coordinator. In this position, you will provide vital program and administrative coordination to deliver workforce development initiatives and programs that address the current and future needs of our workforce.
Your key responsibilities will include leading recruitment, induction, onboarding and coordinating training, and stakeholder management across various workforce development programs. You’ll work with various PTA divisional management branches, professional bodies, TAFEs, colleges, tertiary institutions, and program participants to ensure the success and impact of these programs. Additionally, you will analyse and report on program effectiveness, contribute to the PTA’s efforts to promote itself as an "employer of choice" at expos and career fairs, conduct research on workforce development trends, and collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.

There is one 24-month, fixed term full-time opportunity available for an immediate start, with the possibility of extension and or permanency.
Applicants assessed as suitable through this process may be used to fill similar vacancies both fixed term and permanent that may arise within the next 12 months.
This is a pool recruitment process where suitable applicants will be placed in a pool for 12 months.
To be eligible to work permanently at the PTA you must be either an Australian Citizen, have Permanent Residency status or hold a current visa with permanent working rights in Australia.
