About the role: The Integrity
Consultant undertakes assessment, investigation and case management
of disciplinary matters for PathWest. The role promotes integrity
and ethical behaviour across PathWest by providing high level
advice, consultancy and education to managers and staff as part of
a proactive approach to misconduct prevention and intervention.
The position also prepares notifications to oversight agencies
including the Department of Health (DoH), Corruption and Crime
Commission (CCC), WA Police, Public Sector Commission (PSC), the
Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the
Ombudsman WA as required under the legislative and regulatory
frameworks while providing advice and support to Decision Makers,
Managers and other staff in relation to the PathWest Discipline
Management Model.

Whilst this selection process will initially be
used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other
"similar" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to
this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the
advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also
be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid
for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised
delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
