The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated applicants who can provide high quality administrative and customer focused support services within a dynamic and fast paced school environment. We have various opportunities to develop generic as well as specific administrative roles including, Reception and general administration, Finance, Human Resources, Student Services and attendance and support to other corporate services functional areas as required.
Suitable applicants will ideally be professional, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent service. They would display a positive, solutions-focused mindset, embrace innovation and continuous improvement, and contribute effectively as part of a collaborative team. Strong organisational skills, self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently are highly desirable.
The role also requires strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Department of Education systems including Student Information System (SIS), RM Finance, RM Billing and Compass is desirable. Previous experience in a school based administrative role will be highly regarded.

- Demonstrated experience in financial processes and procedures, including the handling of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and /or preparing financial returns.
- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
