About the role

As Manager, Organisational Development, you will take on a key leadership role within the People and Capability Branch, shaping the future of organisational development in a respected public sector legal practice. Building on strong foundations, you will embed capability, inclusion and leadership across the Office, supporting our people to deliver high-quality legal services to the Western Australian public sector.
