This is a Permanent, Full-Time position working 76
hours per fortnight. This position is based in
Mandurah.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to
fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar"
vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this,

from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period
of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses

Position Profile: The Clinical Nurse Manager (Next
Step Services) is responsible for the coordination, leadership, and
supervision of staff directly reporting to them. Contributes to the
development and monitoring of standards of nursing practice,
initiating research and quality improvement activities, and
implementing changes which benefit service provision as well as
provides clinical and professional expertise to ensure
comprehensive evidence-based care is delivered to consumers and
coordinates the day-to-day operations. The Clinical Nurse Manager
practices within their scope of practice, considerate of the
Nursing and Midwifery Board’s Nursing Practice Decision
Flowchart.

drug and alcohol treatment service in Western Australia providing a
range of clinical services.
The treatment services provided by Next Step include:
