About the role: We are seeking a
Medical Scientist in Charge to lead the effective operation of the
QEII Network Haematology Flow Cytometry Laboratory, applying
contemporary management practices to meet quality standards and the
needs of a diverse client base.
This role
provides leadership to foster a client-focused laboratory
environment, ensuring services are delivered in line with best
practice standards. It also serves as the key point of contact
for expert scientific advice, education, and specialist
consultancy in Flow Cytometry, supporting paediatric (PCH),
tertiary teaching hospitals (SCGH and KEMH), general and
specialist hospitals, as well as external referrers of
diagnostic haematology samples.
