Position
Profile: An opportunity is available for a Clinical Nurse
Manager – Community Health to join the team at WACHS Wheatbelt.
This role is responsible for the operational management of clinical
practice within community health services. It provides leadership
and support in program planning, outcome evaluation, and continuous
improvement initiatives, while also offering expert advice and
professional guidance aligned with community nursing standards of
practice.
