Fremantle

providing high-quality aged care, mental health, secondary
rehabilitation, planned surgeries and medical services.

We are
seeking compassionate, motivated, and experienced Senior
Social Workers to join our dynamic Mental
Health team. This role offers the opportunity to make a
meaningful difference in the lives of individuals experiencing
mental health challenges through high-quality clinical care,
advocacy, and support.
The
successful applicant/(s) as part of a multidisciplinary team,
plans, implements, coordinates and evaluates Social Work services
to clients in the clinical specialty area of Mental Health, using
advanced Social Work clinical practice skills from a recovery
orientated and trauma informed perspective. Plans, implements and
evaluates client safety and quality of care. Supervises Social Work
staff, students and support staff in the unit/clinical area,
coordinates duties and manages performance. Practices as a Senior
Social Worker and ensures practice is in accordance with the
Australian Association of Social Workers Practice Standards and
Code of Ethics and SMHS policies and guidelines. The successful
applicant/(s) shall be part of a multidisciplinary team provides
clinical and professional expertise to ensure comprehensive
evidence-based care is delivered to patients within the 24/7 Mental
Health Crisis Centre (MHCC). This role will require shifts in the
day, evening and nights.
