The Role
As the Cleaner in Charge, you would play a vital leadership role in ensuring our school environment is safe, hygienic, and welcoming. You will induct, coordinate, and supervise cleaning staff, maintain timebooks, manage absences, and arrange relief staff. You will also oversee the safe storage and handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and hygiene protocols. In addition, you should actively participate in school grounds cleaning while supporting and assisting your fellow colleagues.
