The Role
We are ideally seeking outstanding Deputy Principals who are relational, strategic and committed to building a culture of trust, growth and continuous improvement.
The suitable applicants should work collaboratively with the Principal and leadership team to contribute across multiple aspects of school leadership and display the ability to lead through influence, build strong relationships and empower others. Current and anticipated opportunities within this pool may include leadership portfolios with a particular focus on Early Childhood leadership and Teaching for Impact implementation.

We are seeking leaders who create the conditions for others to succeed, develop leadership in those around them and contribute to a culture of shared responsibility, collective efficacy and continuous improvement.
Suitable applicants should display strong instructional leadership and an understanding of contemporary evidence-informed practice. This includes the ability to support consistent, high impact teaching aligned to the Department’s Teaching for Impact framework and contribute to whole-school approaches that improve outcomes for all students.
Suitable applicants should also value visible leadership and understand the importance of maintaining a strong presence in classrooms and learning environments to support staff development, student engagement and consistent implementation of school priorities.
For applicants with an Early Childhood focus, experience leading high quality early years practice, strengthening early intervention and supporting responsive approaches to student learning and development will be highly regarded.
