We are seeking a Research
Manager to provide operational leadership and line management to
the Medical Oncology Research Unit at Fiona Stanley Hosptial
(FSH).
This is a full-time,
fixed-term contract for two (2) years, with the possibility of
extension(s).
In this role, you will drive
strategic planning, workforce management, administration and
business operations. You will manage complex medical oncology
governance, stakeholder negotiations and strategic advice.
Additionally, you will oversee the management of activities that
enhance the development and implementation of safe, effective and
appropriate medical oncology clinical research activities that
align with the SMHS vision and mission, strategic priorities and
research priorities.

Hospital is a 783-bed tertiary hospital offering a range
of health services including the State Rehabilitation Service, a
comprehensive cancer centre, purpose-built mental health unit,
maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult
Burns Service. FSH also delivers specialised services such as heart
and lung transplantations and hyperbaric medicine.

working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian
citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work
indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).
