The Fremantle Older Adult
Mental Health Service (FOAMHS) is seeking passionate and
experienced Clinical Nurses join our supportive, collaborative
team.
We are a specialist community
service providing psychiatric assessment and treatment for older
adults experiencing mental health disorders.
- We have vacancies totalling 2.0 FTE (Full Time Equivalent)
available.
- We offer full-time, part-time, permanent or fixed-term
contracts, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or
permanency. Casual appointments may also be considered.
As a Clinical Nurse role, you will
provide compassionate care, administer medications, monitor patient
progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a
holistic treatment plan.

Hospital is a 300-bed specialist hospital
focused on providing high-quality aged care, mental health,
secondary rehabilitation, planned surgeries and medical
services.

To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid
working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian
citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work
indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).
