The Role

The Enrolment and Administration Support Officer will play an important role in supporting the effective operation of the school through the delivery of high‑quality, accurate enrolment processing and administrative support. The successful applicant should display proven experience in enrolment administration, with strong working knowledge of Student Information Systems (SIS) and Compass.

The role ideally provides a broad range of enrolment and administrative support to the Principal and Deputy Principals, along with administrative support to the Manager Corporate Services and the wider administration team. The successful applicant should have the capacity to manage competing priorities while consistently maintaining a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.

Given the complex nature of the role, the successful applicant should be a hard‑working and highly organised individual with well‑developed communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment and maintenance of effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The successful applicant should display exceptional organisational and time management skills, along with the ability to work autonomously and use initiative as required.
