Business Partner role?
As a trusted HR Business Partner,
you’ll be the go-to advisor for managers and directors, providing
expert guidance across the full spectrum of human resources. In
this dynamic role, you’ll connect leaders to a wide range of
workforce services including Industrial Relations (IR), Work Health
and Safety (WHS), Workforce Planning, and Learning and
Development.
You’ll play a pivotal role in
shaping workplace success by delivering strategic, operational, and
technical HR advice. By coaching and partnering with leaders across
North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS), you’ll help build their
capability to lead, manage their people effectively, and drive
meaningful organisational change.

manage competing priorities to deliver effective HR
services.

been a recent supervisor.

Eligibility to

valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised
