About the role
The Coordinator Operations is responsible for providing:
- operational leadership, planning and directing team members responsible for the preparation and processing of long service leave claims,
- advice to team members on complex matters,
- support to the General Manager to ensure high quality customer service delivery.

Considerable experience with information systems, including familiarity with databases.
Experience applying sound administrative skills with a focus on compliance, auditing, accounting, human resources or similar office activities.

Two (2) referees (one preferred to be a current supervisor or recent manager).

While this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other similar vacancies (permanent, fixed-term, full-time or part-time) for the next 12 months, from the date that the recruitment breach period has been finalised.
