About the role

The Coordinator Operations is responsible for providing:

  • operational leadership, planning and directing team members responsible for the preparation and processing of long service leave claims,
  • advice to team members on complex matters,
  • support to the General Manager to ensure high quality customer service delivery.

Two (2) referees (one preferred to be a current supervisor or recent manager).

While this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other similar vacancies (permanent, fixed-term, full-time or part-time) for the next 12 months, from the date that the recruitment breach period has been finalised.

To be eligible for appointment, applicants must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia at the time of application.

The successful applicant will be required to possess or obtain a current and satisfactory National Police Certificate prior to commencement (issue date not older than 6 months). Please note, outcomes listed on a National Police Certificate do not automatically preclude you from appointment.
