About the
role:
Fremantle
Hospital is seeking to appoint Assistants in Nursing with
experience in a mental health setting. Who thrive in a team
environment and bring compassion, resilience, clinical and
professional expertise to deliver nursing care to our Older Adult
Mental Health patients. You’ll be working in a dynamic environment
knowing your skills are valued and your growth is supported. As an
Assistant in Nursing, you will be under the direct supervision and
guidance of a Registered Nurse and perform the primary function of
an Assistant in Nursing as defined in Assistant in Nursing Policy
MP 0080/18.
Applicants must hold a
Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Acute Care) and a
copy of the certificate must be uploaded at the end of the
application. If you do not hold this certification, you are
ineligible to apply.

Eligibility
To be eligible
for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for
fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent
resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia
(for permanent appointments).
