A resilient and strategic leader is sought to lead the Health and Disability Services Complaints Office.

The Health and Disability Services Complaints Office (HaDSCO) is an independent statutory authority primarily offering an impartial resolution service for complaints relating to health, mental health, and disability services (excluding the National Disability Insurance Scheme) in Western Australia and the Indian Ocean Territories. HaDSCO also administers the regulatory Code of Conduct for unregistered health practitioners. HaDSCOs services are free and available to all users and providers of health, disability and mental health services.

To be successful in this position you will have a proven ability to investigate and resolve complaints and to think and act strategically. You understand the important role of HaDSCO in providing contemporary and relevant recommendations to improve outcomes for consumers engaged with the health and disability sectors. 

This is a fixed term position for up to 5 years with a competitive remuneration package, including a salary of $277 276, a motor vehicle or motor vehicle allowance, plus superannuation.
