About the
Role
We
are seeking a highly organised and motivated Project
Officer to join our Infrastructure team.
Working within a collaborative and fast-paced
environment, you will provide comprehensive project support to the
integrated project team. This includes coordinating project
activities, maintaining documentation and reporting, supporting
stakeholder engagement, and assisting with project governance
processes.
This
role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects
that improve health service environments, while developing your
project management and stakeholder engagement skills within a
supportive team environment.
Key
responsibilities include:
- Scoping, developing and
documenting project and program plans in collaboration with
stakeholders.
- Coordinating and
implementing project activities in line with agreed timelines,
deliverables and governance requirements.
- Monitoring project
performance and preparing progress reports for internal and
external stakeholders.
- Undertaking needs and risk
analysis and contribute to business cases, strategic plans and
reports.
- Investigating data sources
and undertaking analysis to support project
deliverables.
- Maintaining accurate project
documentation, reporting and record management
systems.
- Ensuring high-quality data
governance and compliance with CAHS and national reporting
standards.
The
role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills,
attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities
while contributing positively to a team-focused
environment.
About our
Team
CAHS
Infrastructure team lead and deliver health infrastructure projects
to better enable clinical services. Across our health service, we
seek to ensure facilities meet the needs of our young patients and
their families, now, and in the future. These projects range from
minor works through to large capital works managed in partnership
with the Department of Housing and Works.
Projects are identified and forecast as part of
our Infrastructure Program and in alignment with the CAHS Strategic
Asset Plan to ensure facilities are well managed, and current and
future infrastructure needs are met.
CAHS
currently have a number of projects with timelines until
2030.
