We are seeking to
appoint two (2) Trainer and Assessor positions at 0.5FTE each (38
hours per fortnight) on a permanent basis.
Position
Profile: This position is responsible for delivering
high-quality, contextualised training and assessment for the WA
Country Health Service (WACHS) Education Centre (RTO 53009), that
supports the development of a skilled and sustainable health
workforce across rural and remote Western Australia.
The role
involves:
You will also contribute to
continuous improvement, maintain vocational and industry currency,
and participate in ongoing professional development to ensure
training remains current, accessible, and responsive to workforce
and community needs.
Applicants must have
experience and skills in Health Support Services or Aged Care and
possess or be willing to obtain a Certificate IV in Training and
Assessment, or other qualification compliant with the current
Registration Standards.
