in Geraldton, Midwest

To be successful, you
will have...
- Eligible for registration
in the category of Registered Nurse by the Nursing and
Midwifery Board
- of Australia.
- Demonstrated knowledge
and ability to implement health promotion principles into
clinical practice.
- Demonstrated ability to
develop, implement and evaluate primary health
programs.
- Demonstrated effective
interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and
ability to work independently and as a member of a
multi-disciplinary team.
- Eligible for / or in
possession of a current C or C-A Class drivers licence or other
specialised licence class.
Post
graduate qualification in Child and Adolescent health an
advantage.
Position Profile:
Provides clinical services as part of the
core community health programs such as immunisation,
school health and
child health. Responsible for providing quality primary health
services to the community within their own levels of competency to meet
planned health outcomes.
