About The Role:

Senior Business Administrator contributes to the provision of system support and minor enhancement services. The role participates in managing the implementation, review and evaluation of specified system enhancements in Building Inspection Program (BIP) Systems. The role provides systems analysis and administration, ensuring the integrity, performance, and security of systems. Whilst contributing to the continuous improvement of business processes and systems in collaboration with stakeholders.

About You:

We are seeking a candidate with strong experience in business systems development and support, particularly within project or works management environments. The successful applicant will be capable of managing system lifecycles, databases, and software releases effectively.

The ideal candidate demonstrates solid project management capability, including planning, risk management, and reporting, alongside excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. They can lead testing, deliver training, and provide practical systems advice, all while adopting a proactive, analytical approach and contributing positively to a collaborative, values-driven organisation. Strong analytical skills to support system development and continuous improvement are highly valued. Experience in assessing processes and driving system enhancements is advantageous, while proficiency or knowledge in software development is considered highly desirable

The position operates in Personal Leadership context. This means that you are required to demonstrate personal accountability for delivering excellence and support your team and agency in delivering strategic goals. You will be expected to build and nurture relationships and be willing to seek feedback and learn.
