This is a Fixed Term Full
Time appointment until 30/06/2027, with the possibility of
extension(s) and/or permanency.
This position will require
regional travel between Morawa and Three Springs.

Other Conditions: WA Health engages

Position Profile: Ensures the provision of
appropriate home and community based client services through
effective coordination and planning of Community Care Services in
Morawa/Three Springs.
