About the role
As the Manager Accessibility and Learning Support, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping a truly inclusive and student‑centred learning environment. Leading a dedicated team, you will drive the development and delivery of innovative accessibility and learning support services that empower students with diverse needs to succeed. Partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external providers, you will design and implement strategies, programs and policies that promote equitable access, remove barriers, and enhance student outcomes. This is an opportunity to influence organisational practice, champion inclusion, and make a meaningful impact by ensuring every student has the support they need to thrive in their educational journey.
A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable for this position.

North Metropolitan TAFE (NMTAFE) is the State Government’s vocational education and training provider for northern Perth.
