We are currently recruiting for a Fixed Term
Part Time position at 38 hours per fortnight (0.5 FTE) until
30/06/2026 with the possibility of extension and/or
permanency.
Position
Profile: Great Southern Aboriginal Health Service
is part of the Population Health Directorate and supports
Aboriginal people to achieve their best possible health. The
team takes a holistic approach and continues to work in
partnership with other organisations. Undertakes, the daily
nursing management of the delivery of quality client services,
through the efficient and effective utilisation of human,
physical and material resources. Acts as a resource for other
staff when appropriate
To be successful in this role,
you will have:
- Proven understanding
of primary health care principles and the social
determinants of health.
- Effective
communication and interpersonal skills, including
well‑developed written, verbal, and group facilitation
abilities.
- Ability to work
effectively both independently and as part of a
multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated
awareness of multicultural issues, including those
affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
peoples.
- Eligibility to hold,
or current possession of, a C or C‑A Class driver’s
licence, with the ability to travel within the
region.
- Current immunisation
certification, or willingness to obtain as
required.

anchorages in the Southern Hemisphere and is the region's
