This is a Recruitment Process to fill both Permanent
and Fixed-Term positions working Full-Time and Part-Time
hours.
Fixed-Term positions will have the possibility of extension
and/or permanency.
We currently have five positions available.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to
fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar"
vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this,
should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised
vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected
from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period
of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses
the recruitment decision.
Position Profile: We are seeking dynamic and
enthusiastic individuals to fill five Medical Imaging Assistant
positions we have available. In these roles, the successful
candidates will assist with the preparation and transportation of
patients for Imaging examinations and provide support to imaging
specialists, technologists, and clerical staff for all imaging
procedures across a 24/7 service. Key duties include, but are not
limited to;
- Assist with preparation and positioning of patients for
Imaging examinations.
- Ensure that patient welfare, privacy and security be
observed during transportation and attendance of the
patient.
- Cleaning of all imaging equipment and imaging rooms in
accordance with Infection Control Standards
- Update patient data and records and collate patient
information prior to Imaging examination.
