
We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
We are seeking highly organised and proactive School Officers to join our team and support key processes relating to student enrolment and attendance. The desired applicants will ideally be collaborative team players with strong communication skills and the ability to effectively prioritise and manage a range of administrative tasks.
As the first point of contact for the school, the School Officer plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for students, families, and visitors. Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing incoming calls, responding to routine enquiries and requests for information, and assisting with the preparation and distribution of school communications, including newsletters.
The role also involves supporting the school’s communication channels through the coordination and updating of social media platforms, ensuring content is timely, accurate, and aligned with the school’s values and policies.
Suitable applicant should display a friendly, positive, and caring approach, along with strong organisational and digital communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a supportive and high-performing school community.
