What is our Consultant - Obstetrician and
Gynaecologist role?
This position,
as part of a multidisciplinary team:
- Provides
specialist Endoscopic Gynaecology care to women with complex
gynaecological conditions.
- Promotes
patient quality and safety and provides leadership, training,
supervision, and education, where relevant, for doctors in
training and other health workers in collaboration with other
Consultants and the Head of Department/Unit.
- Works
within the scope of clinical practice as defined by the Health
Service Credentialing Committee, the suitable applicant will
require RANZCOG level 5/6 credentialing in Laparoscopic
surgery.
This vacancy

This role reports to the Head of Department Gynaecology
Subspecialties.
