The Metropolitan Cemetries Board (MCB) are seeking experienced and compassionate Customer Service Officers to join a 12‑month appointment pool, used to fill permanent full‑time, part‑time and fixed‑term roles as they arise. A 12‑month appointment pool means that if you are found suitable, you may be offered a role as positions become available over the next 12 months, without needing to reapply.
Positions may be based at Pinnaroo Valley Memorial Park, Karrakatta Cemetery, Fremantle Cemetery or Rockingham Regional Memorial Park. One permanent full‑time position is currently available.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a customer service professional who can combine empathy with accuracy, and professionalism with care, in a unique and emotionally sensitive environment.
Reporting to the Team Leader Customer Services, this position plays a key role in delivering professional, compassionate and responsive service to the community.
