The Role

This role supports the Manager Corporate Services in delivering efficient financial administration operations across the school. The successful applicant would assits in financial processes such as payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and budget support, as well as maintaining accurate financial and staff records. The position also oversees asset tracking, facility hire administration, contractor coordination, and maintenance requests, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. In addition, the role contributes to reporting requirements, including data collation and support for the school's annual report. 

The successful applicant would play a central role in supporting and guiding staff, assisting with inductions, training, and daily coordination. They would assist to manage relief staff processes, payroll entries, and staffing resources for new and departing employees, while also maintaining key systems, databases, and compliance records such as workers compensation and staff training. Acting as a key point of contact within the team, the role ideally requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while supporting continuous improvement of office procedures and administrative systems.
