fortnight.

for a talented and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Specialist to join
the Mental Health & CADS team in Carnarvon
in the Midwest.
To be successful, you will have...
- Extensive experience as a Community Mental Health Nurse
with demonstrated expert level skills in crisis intervention,
assessment, treatment and case management of adults and seniors
with complex mental disorders.
- The ability in problem solving, conflict resolution and
negotiation.
- The ability to work effectively and efficiently in a
multidisciplinary team and ability to work as an independent
practitioner.
- Advanced knowledge and ability to initiate & manage
interventions under the Mental Health Act 2014.
- Demonstrated skills in applying the National Standards for
Mental Health Services at the organisational level and in
clinical practice.
- Clinical leadership skills including skills in providing
clinical supervision, line management and performance
development with supervised staff.
- Evidence of a current C or C-A Class driver’s licence or
other specialised licence class and ability to travel within
the region as required including overnight stays.
Position Profile: Responsible for the
assessment, planning, case management and delivery of clinical
mental health care to complex clients of the Midwest Region.
Provide a specialist clinical, consultant and educational service
to clients, carers and primary health care providers. Acts as a
clinical resource for other team members.
