The Road Safety Commission is seeking experienced and strategic leaders to join our expanding Education and Behaviour Change Team.
We currently have one (1) permanent Performance and Development Coordinator and two (2) permanent Operations Coordinators available for immediate filling.
These roles support the delivery of our Everyday Safer education programs, such as Road Smart Kickstart and Road Smart Interactive, designed to shape road safety behaviour change across Western Australia.
Working within a dynamic team, you'll lead and inspire others to deliver community road safety education initiatives that are engaging, relatable and memorable for young people. You'll build and manage relationships to support the promotion of our programs, liaising with government agencies, local authorities, schools, community organisations and key stakeholders across the state.

THE ROLE
Performance and Development Coordinator leads the evaluation, resourcing and continuous improvement of the Everyday Safer education programs — including Road Smart Kickstart and Road Smart Interactive — ensuring alignment with the Western Australian school curriculum and the effective delivery of road safety education to young people. You will manage and mentor team members, drive program quality and lead strategic improvements that strengthen outcomes across Western Australia.
Operations Coordinator This role leads the planning, execution and assessment of the Everyday Safer education programs — including Road Smart Kickstart and Road Smart Interactive — across metropolitan and regional high schools in Western Australia. You will manage program logistics, lead and support team members, drive program development and evaluation, and collaborate with schools to ensure inspiring and effective delivery of the full suite of programs.
Both Operations Coordinator roles are metropolitan based, with regional travel required from time to time (fully funded).

Pay and Leave
- Employer contribution of 12% superannuation in addition to your salary.
