This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 3, 2026

West Beechboro Primary School is an Independent Public School catering for students from Kindergarten to Year 6. Our school is culturally diverse and educates students from many backgrounds.

We offer a variety of integrated learning programs. While literacy and numeracy are priority areas, science, technology, arts and humanities are interwoven to ensure students receive a holistic, well-balanced, education. The Role

As Manager Corporate Services, the successful applicant will contribute to financial decisions and school improvement plans for targeted initiatives. Additionally, you would provide leadership and act as a liaison within the school and community. As Manager Corporate Services you will ideally have highly developed organisational skills and financial management knowledge to meet Department of Education financial requirements and to manage the diversity of the role.

You should display effective interpersonal skills to manage staff and maintain positive working relationships within the school and broader community.

Ideally, we are seeking a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills who has a thorough understanding and operational knowledge. Using your knowledge of operational system, you would maintain, monitor, analyse and extract information using RM Finance, RM Billing, RM Asset Manager, Compass, Flexipurchase and Recruitment Advertising Management System (RAMS). Relevant experience in End of Month, End of Calendar Year and Financial Year reporting is desirable.
