About the role
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Systems Services Coordinator to lead the delivery of high-quality process control and business support within our Schoolbuses team. In this role, you will coordinate the strategic planning, development and continuous improvement of systems, processes and projects, while working closely with internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in driving change initiatives, managing complex projects, overseeing system and data management activities, and providing strategic advice to support organisational outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to influence service delivery, enhance customer-focused solutions, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of business systems and practices.
The ideal candidate will bring highly developed project management expertise with a proven ability to deliver outcomes in line with business strategy, alongside strong experience in process control, data management and business support. You will demonstrate exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams in a dynamic, evolving environment. Your strength in analytical thinking and problem solving will enable you to review systems and processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement innovative, practical solutions. About You!
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Highly developed project management skills with the ability to deliver agreed outcomes.
- Considerable experience assessing business issues and requirements in the context of business strategy.
- Demonstrated ability in process control, business support and data management.
- Highly developed leadership and people management skills, including the ability to develop staff and manage teams in a changing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in audit planning, evaluating business processes, ensuring compliance and identify improvement opportunities

There is currently one fixed term opportunity available for a period of six (6) months, with the possibility of renewal and/or permanency. Applicants assessed as suitable through this process may be used to fill similar vacancies on a fixed term or permanent basis that may arise within the next 12 months
**To be eligible to work at the PTA you must be either an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident or hold a valid work visa until 31 March 2027.
