The Role
The successful applicant would oversee the school’s business operations, including the management of financial, physical, and human resources, and the supervision of school support staff. Working closely with the Principal and Executive team, they would provide strategic advice on financial planning, budgeting, and workforce and business planning to support the school’s operational and strategic objectives.
Jolimont PS operates using Kaartdjin Financial Solution and Compass. Knowledge and experience of these applications would be beneficial.
This role ensures effective financial management and reporting across diverse funding sources, while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and Departmental policies. It also involves developing and monitoring asset management strategies for school facilities and resources, supporting corporate reporting requirements, and contributing to school and regional committees to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
