About the opportunity
There is one (1) permanent role available for immediate filling at our Geraldton office.
The Regional Administration team are seeking a motivated and capable Senior Administration Officer to support the effective operations of our busy regional office.
The Senior Administration Officer plays a critical role overseeing office administration, supporting financial and asset processes, coordinating fleet and facilities activities and supervising up to 3 administration officers. This position will suit someone who enjoys responsibility, taking initiative and is confident supporting customers and stakeholders. You will be involved in coordinating fleet vehicles, filing, maintaining staff amenities and office supplies, attending meetings, and ensuring quality reception services for the office. You will contribute to staff training, process improvements and workplace efficiency.

DPIRD is an Emergency Management Agency and all employees may be required to work or travel during, or outside of, normal business hours to assist with incidents and emergencies.
