About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and technically capable professional to lead the planning, coordination and reporting of maintenance and work programs, ensuring delivery is safe, efficient and aligned with operational requirements.

You will also contribute to continuous improvement and promote a strong safety culture across all activities.
About You

- Proven experience in defect management and asset readiness within complex project or maintenance environments, supported by a relevant trade or tertiary qualification (or equivalent hands-on expertise).
- Strong understanding and application of rail safety legislation, Safeworking rules, and safety policies, with a commitment to fostering a positive safety culture.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including supervising contractors or teams, facilitating planning sessions, and driving outcomes through effective stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate to achieve business and operational objectives.
