The Role

As the first point of contact for our school, the School Officer should be responsible for building positive relationships with students, parents/carers, staff and the wider community. Using their strong interpersonal skills, the successful applicant would display excellence in customer service delivery and be passionate about providing effective administrative support. They will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors, answering the switchboard and responding to general enquiries.

The successful applicant will ideally have the ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team setting while displaying initiative and a can-do attitude. They should use their excellent oral and written communication skills to perform several student-related activities such as enrolments, general data entry in Compass, Integris modules and Resource Management (RM) Billing.
