Profile:
Are you an
organised and proactive project professional with strong
stakeholder engagement skills and an eye for detail?
The Child and
Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is seeking a Project Officer to
join the Board Support Office at Perth Children’s Hospital. This
role provides project management and coordination support to
initiatives and strategies that support the CAHS Board and Board
Support Office operations.
Working
within a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will assist
with the planning, coordination and implementation of projects,
support committee processes, prepare minutes and documentation, and
contribute to effective governance and stakeholder engagement
activities across CAHS.
Your Key
responsibilities will include:
- Manage
and support initiatives, strategies and governance activities
within the CAHS Board Support Office.
- Coordinate committee
meetings, consultations and reporting to support Board and
Committee operations.
- Develop,
document and maintain project and governance documentation,
reporting standards and record management.
- Monitor
progress against project plans and prepare status updates for
stakeholders.
- Undertake planning,
coordination and implementation of project tasks as
delegated.
- Analyse
information and prepare materials that support project
outcomes.
- Establish and maintain
effective communication with stakeholders in line with
governance and communication requirements.
- Liaise
with internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to
the CAHS Board.
- Facilitate the sharing
of tools, resources and learnings across CAHS and other health
services.
- Assist
stakeholders to achieve project outcomes and contribute to
continuous improvement.
The ideal
candidate will bring strong project coordination skills, with the
ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
They will demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder
engagement capability, paired with high attention to detail and a
commitment to quality governance. The role requires someone
confident in preparing reports, analysing data and supporting
informed decision‑making, while contributing to a collaborative,
proactive and solutions‑focused team culture.
