This is a 6 month fixed term, part-time (0.8 FTE) position commencing as soon as possible with possible extension (24 months) and/or permanency

Moora Primary School (PS) is seeking a Manager of Corporate Services to join our supportive team. Located around 1.5 to 2 hours north of Perth. The town is well-equipped with essential services including supermarkets, cafes, a hospital, childcare, and a senior high school, and is just an hour from the beaches of Lancelin and Jurien Bay.

Established in 1897, Moora PS is a Level 4 Independent Public School (IPS) catering to students from Kindergarten to Year 6. Our school fosters a close-knit, inclusive community where staff, students, and families work together to support every child’s growth. The Role

As the Manager Corporate Services, your central responsibility is to provide comprehensive oversight of the school's critical components, namely financial, physical, and human resources. In this role, you play a key role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the school's operations. This involves supervising school support staff, guiding them in the meticulous administration of tasks related to financial management, asset maintenance, and human resource coordination. Your adept management ensures that the school's financial operations adhere to established standards and contribute to the overall success of the institution.

The successful applicant would manage the school’s financial, physical and human resources. The Manager Corporate Services administers and reports on the financial integrity of the school's business operations and provides input into financial planning and budgeting as well as the administration and reporting of the diverse funding entities for which the school is responsible.

In addition, the successful applicant will, in collaboration with the Principal and/or the Executive Management Team, provide operational input to the development of the school business plans and will monitor the school’s financial performance against these plans. The successful applicant will ideally display excellent interpersonal skills, effectively lead the administration team and will be instrumental in continuing to build a positive culture at our school.
