
This is a permanent full time position commencing Term 3, 2026
Located in Hammond Park on Irvine Parade, the college opened in 2020 to Year 7 Students. The college buildings include state of the art classrooms, a library, administration and extensive student services area. The college also features specialist facilities for performing and visual arts, science laboratories, food and textiles, design and technology workshops and a gymnasium. The cafeteria is the hub of the central precinct and provides indoor and outdoor seating, landscaped gardens and open spaces. Multipurpose courts and oval were also included in the first stage of the build.

The Role
The School Officer should be responsible for the smooth running of the reception area and should possess a friendly and welcoming demeanour, building positive relationships with all visitors, staff, and students.
The successful applicant should display proven experience in enrolment administration, with strong working knowledge of Student Information Systems (SIS), including Compass.
This role provides a broad range of administrative support to the Principal and Deputy Principals, as well as to the Manager Corporate Services and the wider administration team. The position ideally requires the ability to manage competing priorities while consistently maintaining a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.
The ideal applicant should be a hardworking and highly organised individual with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment and maintenance of effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The successful applicant should display exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work autonomously, use initiative, work under pressure, prioritise tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
