About The Role
The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is seeking two lead developers to play a key role in the planning, design, development and ongoing support of information systems that underpin the Public Transport Authority’s operations. In this position, you will lead the translation of business and user requirements into effective system designs, drive continual improvement through performance analysis and solution development, and promote best‑practice service delivery and IT Service Management processes. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, contribute technical expertise to technology projects and ensure systems are well documented, resilient and fit for purpose—supporting both day‑to‑day operations and future innovation across the organisation.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have: -
- Strong background in systems support and development, with significant programming experience in a modern IT environment.
- Sound knowledge of contemporary web development tools, methodologies and Rapid Application Development techniques, including Enterprise CMS platforms.
- Demonstrated experience applying IT Service Management processes, with a customer‑focused approach to support and service delivery.
- Well‑developed communication, analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines and build effective stakeholder relationships.
