THE OPPORTUNITY
The Road Safety Commission is seeking an experienced Evaluation Officer to join the Data and Analytics Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for undertaking discrete planning and evaluation of projects and providing advisory support on data gathering and evaluation needs.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Manager Performance and Program Evaluation, you will be supporting the design, management and reporting on evaluations to assess the impact of road safety initiatives and contribute to the Commission’s vision “lets get people home to the ones they love”.
There is one (1) temporary position available for six (6) months with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.

- Knowledge of contemporary evaluation methodologies – Understanding of contemporary evaluation methodologies using both quantitative and qualitative methods in the context of policy, programs and projects. Consolidating evaluation findings to look at overall performance against strategic intent.
- Critical thinking and research skills – Understanding of contemporary evaluation methodologies using both quantitative and qualitative methods in the context of policy, programs and projects. Consolidating evaluation findings to look at overall performance against strategic intent.
- The attached Integrity Consent Form (Not required for current WA Police Force employees)
Interviews are anticipated to be held in the week commencing 8 June 2026.
