About the role
Working within a small team, this role is responsible for supporting the CEO and for the administration and operation of the CEO’s office.
About you
You will be an experienced administrator with the ability to prioritise, coordinate and manage multiple tasks. Overseeing all communications and correspondence with the CEO office, you will have the ability to:
- Liaise with senior executives, internally and externally, and gain the cooperation of people and staff at all levels.
- Produce written content of a very high professional standard.
- Research, collate, and coordinate information from across the organisation within required timeframes.
- Represent the office of the CEO with integrity and professionalism.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the CEO on current and future work priorities and plans to ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
- Work closely with CEO and Director Strategy and Governance on Board of Trustees and Executive matters.
- Oversight and coordination of Ministerial correspondence for the WA Museum.
- Supervising/mentoring an Administrative Assistant in managing a complex diary, work plan, and travel arrangements of the CEO, ensuring a range of processes and protocols are maintained.
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Board, including working closely with the Strategy and Governance team on Board governance matters.

- Knowledge and experience of digital systems, including experience in the use of MS Office suite, records management systems, document management and distribution systems, and other tools for task tracking and management (Criteria 6).

Eligibility to Apply
